Blades' Fall Hat Trick Tour

Sullivan Tire hosted Bruins Bear Blade for a special 3 store visit in Massachusetts and Rhode Island celebrating our wonderful customers in a “hat trick” tour!

Battling rain and wind at 2 of the 3 locations the iconic Blades welcomed customers at Newport, RI, Rockland, MA, and Lynn, MA spreading joy and excitement for the Bruins season opening on October 11^th working hand in hand with Sullivan Tire Street Team/Marketing to celebrate our customers!

Kicking off the tour, Blades stopped first Newport, RI. Revving up even the teeniest, tiniest fans Blades was unstoppable as he lent his famous paws to Sullivan Tire customers for the perfect slapshot photo!

Next, Blades swept north up to Sullivan Tire’s hometown, Rockland MA for the Annual Fall Festival! Sullivan Tire has been a proud sponsor of this community event for 4 consecutive years and 2023 was no different. Blades took the Rockland retail location by storm despite the cloudy weather and Sullivan employees who stopped by the Rockland location were some of the first to receive the Official 2023 Sullivan Tire Bruins Season Calendars! While Blades was busy instore, The Rockland Fall Festival worked equally as hard in a last-minute pivot due to rain. Moved from September 30th to October 1st, vendors and participants showed up with fervor to support the town effort. Hundreds of fair participants enjoyed a selection of goods and experiences all orchestrated by Rockland Recreation, Mass Cultural Council, and a collection of local vendors. The Sullivan Tire Marketing Team set up a table to deck Rockland residents in our signature Sullivan Tire Green Swag!

Blades wrapped up his hat trick tour at Sullivan Tire Lynn, MA where Boston’s Independent Radio, the River 92.5, sent their street team to help celebrate our customers in collaboration with the Sullivan Tire Marketing Team! Customers had the opportunity to enter to win a Bruins jersey signed by forward player Charlie Coyle, who was traded to the Bruins in 2019. Customers also enjoyed cornhole, independent up and coming music artist’s soundtracks, and ton of free Sullivan Swag before the rain had even Blades running for cover!
