I am NOT a trusting person...far from it, and especially when it comes to car repairs. Over the years, my wife and I have bought tires from Sullivan Tire, had repairs done, and had inspections completed.... We never felt that we were improperly treated or overcharged. We both own Toyotas and after the initial free warranty periods, I would never consider bringing our cars in for service there. Perhaps I am wrong, but I am much more comfortable with Sullivan Tire (Dover, NH). The staff is friendly, the business is clean and organized, and we are treated courteously with phone communications about what repairs (if any) are needed and when the car will be ready to pick up. Once when I was not feeling well but had to drop off my car, they drove me home in the courtesy shuttle (Cancer treatment). That was very much appreciated because I just wasn't up to a 1 or 2-hour wait in the showroom. Anyway, I trust Sullivan Tire for both of our cars (which were in for tire rotaion and oil change service today. No muss...no fuss...no surprises. 6/5/2026
