Francisco at the Framingham location was an absolute professional and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He clearly explained my options for new tires, walked me through the timeline, secured an appointment on my preferred day, and completed the job hours earlier than expected. This level of customer service is rarely seen in brick-and-mortar stores today. Because of Francisco, I will be a Sullivan Tire customer for life.
