I am a new customer. I was in a really stressful and tough situation yesterday with getting my new tires put on, as I have extremely limited time during the week and am a new mom. I originally had an appointment at Town Fair in Milford, but they unexpectedly turned me away upon arrival because I didn’t purchase my $900 tires through them, even though I never heard of such a policy in the 15 years I had been going there. This really messed up my whole day, and really my whole week because Friday is the only day I can get childcare. This sent me into a spiral. I then called 5-6 different places who couldn’t help me for one reason or another. Feeling defeated, I kept searching and gave you guys a call. Immediately, I was met with the warmest greeting and most compassionate customer service by Teresa. She had me smiling and laughing through my tears and frustration (believe me, it is so embarrassing to cry on the phone to a stranger), and won me over as a customer for life just by being herself. She really listened to my situation, handled it amazingly by making me feel comfortable and seen, related to me, was flexible, and was able to have the service completed today. She is such a gem.
